The Painter
Continuing to shoot for ourselves is important. It’s part of what keeps our creative energy lit up…our concepts, our styling, our casting—our way. It’s totally ours. But it’s rarely executed without a team. Big or small, it’s always a better experience with a talented team of people who trust you and your vision.
Creating art is more fun with your friends, yeah? Thank you Wolfe for stepping in front of my lens and enduring meticulous direction. You’re a pro. Mariah, thank you for your feminine eye and finesse. Lastly, we want to thank our good friend Ali for not only the use of his Brooklyn loft space but for the access to his extensive vintage clothing collection. He pulled out this vintage raccoon fur coat…double-breasted, ankle-length, just like the 1920s collegiates of the northeast. We then threw it on Wolfe and the shot went to an entirely different place.
